Woman’s Hospital – Replacement Facility
The 610,000 SF Woman’s Hospital focuses on the patient experience. The hospital features 225 patient rooms, 32 labor and delivery rooms with a six-operating suite, a 92-bed neonatal intensive care unit with an operating room, a 10-room operating suite and an ambulatory and diagnostic building. The facility is designed with clear growth pathways for future expansion. Also included are a support services building, central plant, and parking on a 224-acre park-like setting campus.
This project is a joint venture with Milton J. Womack, Inc., JE Dunn Construction, and Arkel Construction.
