The Iberville Building, an approximately 270,000 square foot, 9-story office building in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana sits on the site where the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources was located until its implosion in 2003.

The Baton Rouge River Center Project consisted of adding 30,000 square feet to the existing facility where we tied into the Ballroom, Arena, and Exhibition Hall.
