The Baton Rouge Clinic added a 58,000-square-foot addition for expansion of its pediatric services. This facility is mainly composed of exam rooms and medical offices. The building has upgraded floor and wall finishes and a multi-level lobby. The exterior construction consists of curtain wall and storefront glazing with brick veneer and plaster facade. The building has turned down beam and cap/drilled pier foundations with slab on grade construction. It was constructed as a steel structure with a modified bitumen roof system.
