This 13-building, 323,000-square-foot apartment complex will feature 12 three-story apartment buildings designed in five different styles and a 9,000-square-foot leasing office and clubhouse. Apartment buildings will have 22 to 24 apartments and private garages. Within the leasing office and clubhouse, there will be offices for staff personnel, a resident’s lounge, a fitness room and an indoor basketball court. Some of the site amenities around the complex will be a pool and BBQ area, a dog park, and sidewalks and walking paths throughout the complex.
