It is with great enthusiasm that l highly recommend Milton J. Womack Construction for future projects in my school district and well beyond. Our school district is known for high expectations, and we are intentional about getting results. Our community supports us in our efforts to educate all students. As a result, we are identified as an A school district by our state department of education, and we typically rank in the top five best school districts each year. After successfully passing a bond initiative to modernize our schools and to meet a growing population, we went out to bid for construction. Specifically, we bid out a $23 million elementary school. I am pleased to offer this letter of recommendation for Milton J. Womack, Inc., based on my experience with their services as a current customer. I am the CFO and project owner for LWCC’s current renovation project with Womack. We are completely renovating seven floors of our eight-story building, and completing some system upgrades on the remaining floor. Additionally, Womack is completely updating our plaza, delivery drive, landscaping, etc. for the site.
Our architects used unique and state-of-the-art features and techniques to enhance our facility. This coupled with Womack’s ability to make those features a reality, provides a dynamic project experience. One of the reasons that our teams work seamlessly is that Womack has excellent project management skills. Our weekly meetings enable us to efficiently and effectively track pending activities and needs weeks in advance. All issues are openly addressed in team unison, and safety always takes top priority. Quality work takes a little longer than anticipated at times, and it is our understanding from our owner’s representative and architect that Womack is as good as anyone else in the field in meeting deadlines. I feel their pricing has been fair to both parties. Their team is always willing and able to explain and train us in areas needed to make our project a success. My strongest area of recommendation comes in the area of issue resolution. When concerns arise, as they always will in large project, Womack has been great to work with us to find a solution that is agreeable to both parties.

the superintendents and workers for the sub-contractors – worked
extremely hard to produce a superb product. That is a rare thing to
