Womack, Inc. coordinates, delivers and manages the entire project within an established Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Lump Sum contract. With a decade of CMAR experience under our belt,  we make it a priority to stay competitive in the bid market to benefit all delivery methods.

Milton J. Womack, Inc. has extensive experience working in the traditional design-bid-build method of construction in which pricing and contracting are set under separate contracts between the owner and the design team. We stay competitive in the bid market to secure projects.

Through our strong, successful partnerships, we have the ability to provide design-build services by engaging with local architecture and engineering firms to complete design components early in the project process. Their services ultimately fall under our umbrella of oversight.

Cost + Fixed Fee

Milton J. Womack, Inc. can negotiate with project partners to develop a fixed fee percentage to be paid on all reimbursable costs that a project incurs.
