The proposed development is a new multifamily residential community located on a greenfield site in Covington, Louisiana. The project will consist of a four-story building featuring 80 residential units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The building will include common areas such as a leasing office, fitness center, and resident lounge to enhance community engagement and resident convenience. The site design incorporates a large parking lot, outdoor seating areas, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks to promote accessibility and comfort. This project will be designed and constructed in full compliance with Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) requirements, as well as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), and Fortified Construction standards.
