Remodel of the existing medical clinic to create 4 minor surgery operating rooms. In addition, MJW is installing new mechanical systems in areas of the building and replacing a generator with one of a larger capacity and installing associated electrical systems. Lastly, the renovation will deliver some finish upgrades including flooring, painting, cubicle curtains, and some medical specific furnishings.
