This 150,000-square-foot, four-story medical office building and clinic features separate mechanical plants as well as a two-story atrium with decorative woodwork. The exterior is constructed of brick and glass façade. The initial project was a bid project and the owner subsequently negotiated the third and fourth floor build-out.
