Womack-Legette,  a Joint Venture LLC. is expected to begin construction in July 2023 on Phase I which is comprised of 170 units, including a mixture of townhomes, traditional apartment buildings, Community Center with a swimming pool and outdoor cooking area, and a Maintenance Building.  It will include public and private infrastructure work as well.  In the center of the development BREC is planning on building a park with walking trails.
