Project Overviewx

This project consisted of the construction of two new buildings. The first is the headquarters building which is a two-story, 42,550-square-foot office building that includes open/closed office areas and conference rooms. The building is structural steel framing with a modified bitumen roofing system. It has a composite concrete/metal deck upper floor. The exterior walls are brick veneer/metal panels. The second building is the branch building, a one-story, 42,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with a shop/warehouse and some offices/administration areas located inside.
