This project consisted of approximately 40,000 square feet of townhomes (16 one-story and 16 two-story), concrete parking and paving. These townhomes are wood framed construction with hardi-plank siding facade and asphalt roofing. Each townhouse has its own carport. The interior finishes consisted of carpet and wood flooring. Also included is a basketball recreational center. This was a HUD-financed project.
