Ground Breaking celebration held for Imperial Terrace

Milton J. Womack was proud to join the groundbreaking for Imperial Terrace Apartments on Thursday, November 13th.

Imperial Terrace is a thoughtfully designed, community-style multifamily development located in the heart of Houma, LA. The thoughtfully designed residential campus will consist of four modern buildings centered around a shared community hub featuring a clubhouse, a family-friendly playground, and a covered outdoor gathering space.

With 120 total units, the development will offer a well-balanced mix of spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, designed to meet the diverse needs of local families and individuals. Milton J. Womack looks forward to the construction of this new exciting community.
