Groundbreaking for the Capstone at Scotlandville Housing Development

The groundbreaking for the Capstone at Scotlandville, a $23 million affordable housing development took place on Thursday, December 9, 2021.  The 84-unit complex will provide housing for residents along with supportive services such as job training, GED classes, and financial wellness training.
