Groundbreaking for Valencia Park Apartments

Groundbreaking for the new 122-unit complex was on November 2, 2020. The 2.56-acre site is located on Spanish Town Road between North 14th and North 15th streets. Half of the apartments will be reserved for veterans and their families. The rest of the apartments will be for working families that are seeking affordable housing.
