On behalf of the entire company, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your 34 years of dedicated service. Your commitment, leadership, and work ethic have left a lasting impact on anyone that has called Milton J. Womack, Inc. home these past 34 years, and your presence will be truly missed as you head into retirement.
Your contributions have helped shape the foundation of who we are today. Your ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver results—always with integrity and professionalism—set a high standard for those around you. You’ve not only helped build successful projects, but also strong relationships and a legacy of excellence.
As you move into retirement, I hope you take with you a deep sense of pride in all that you’ve accomplished. We wish you nothing but the best in this next chapter and in all your future endeavors with your family. You’ve earned the time to enjoy life to the fullest, and I hope it brings you joy, adventure, and some well-deserved rest.

Renovation of Cortana Mall, First Circuit Court of Appeal, State Capitol – New House Committee Rooms, Baton Rouge General Bluebonnet – MOB Medical Buildout, Baton Rouge General Florida Blvd. – MOB Four-Floor Renovation, Elevated Walkways – Baton Rouge General Florida Blvd., Kress Levy Renovation – Third Street, Magnolia Crossing Apartments – Gonzales, Lafayette Lanes – Lafayette. OLOL Campus (13 years): Medical Office Buildings 1 & 2, Lab and Medical Supply Areas, Operating Room and ER Renovations, Renovation of 5 wings to modern finishes (100,000 sq. ft.) Sterile Supply Upgrades, Installation of 3 MRI and 3 CT Scanners, Mary Bird Perkins Radiology & Recovery Area (17,000 sq. ft.), Renovation of the former Channel 33 Building for OLOL Nursing School, TAU Center Treatment Room Renovations Endoscopy and Surgery Room Renovations (2nd Floor). Additional Projects Include: Canal Street Apartments – Diocese of New Orleans, Scott School Apartments & New Building, Mid-City Townhomes, Baton Rouge Area Chamber Renovations, Premier Lanes – Gonzales, Perkins Rowe Apartments – Final Building (36,000 sq. ft.), Performance Contractors Office – Pecue Lane, Baton Rouge General Aon Cancer Clinic (15,000 sq. ft.), Pennington Bariatric Clinic, Capstone Apartments, LWCC 7th Floor Renovations, Pennington Small Animal Clinic, Cox Communications Building Renovations, St. Gerard Gym, YMCA Apartments.
