Project Overviewx

Construction of a 5,000-square-foot, multi-use BREC facility located directly across the plaza from the East Baton Rouge Parish Main Library (New Goodwood Main Library) with access from the library parking lot. This facility features a dine-in café, conference room and a large multi-purpose space for various functions. It opens directly onto the lawns of Independence Park. With similar building materials as the adjacent library, the building seamlessly fits into the new aesthetics of both the plaza and the park.
