The Guitar Store at Cortana Place is constructed of a block exterior wall, structural steel with steel joists and tube steel columns, and a metal decking with a built-up roofing system. This 10,200-square-foot tenant shell consisted of a perimeter wall of sheetrock, plaster system at the façade, storefront, plumbing rough-ins and electrical service.
