Capstone at the Oaks will be a new construction multifamily development that well be designated for the elderly.  Construction will consist of demolition of an existing building on the site then new construction of a 120-unit, 139,000sf senior living apartment building.  This facility will be wood framed with a TPO roof system.  The exterior of the building will be brick and hardi-plank siding.
